Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
An iPhone 17 Pro charges over USB-C, and that is also how we run our own checks on one at the bench rather than trusting what the phone reports about itself. It is why the figure we confirm is the figure that gets paid, and why a handset arriving unlocked with its passcode to hand goes through quickest.
A worn cell starts costing you on an iPhone 17 Pro once the health reading drops under 90 per cent, and nothing above that line comes off.
