Are your refurbished phones unlocked?
Yes. Every phone we sell is unlocked, so you can use it on any UK network and switch provider whenever you like. We also blacklist-check each handset, so you never inherit a phone that has been blocked or reported lost.
What condition are your refurbished phones in?
Each phone is graded by the technician who refurbished it. Higher grades have barely a mark, while lower grades show honest everyday wear for a lower price. The exact cosmetic grade and battery health are listed on every product, so you choose with your eyes open.
Do refurbished phones come with a warranty?
Yes, a full 12-month warranty on every phone, backed by our own Haverhill workshop. If something covered goes wrong we will repair or replace it at no charge.
What comes in the box with a refurbished phone?
Each phone comes with a compatible charging cable. In line with how new phones are sold these days, it does not include a mains plug, so you can use any standard USB power adapter you already have.
