We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom. Every device is carefully packaged and dispatched promptly so it reaches you in perfect condition.

Free UK Delivery

All orders placed on mendmyi.com include free standard delivery to any UK address. There is no minimum order value — every order ships free.

Delivery Times

  • 1 Handling time: Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
  • 2 Transit time: 1–2 working days once dispatched.
  • 3 Total estimated delivery: 1–3 working days from placing your order.

Delivery times may be extended during public holidays or periods of high demand.

Packaging

  • Every device is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Includes a charging cable, SIM eject tool, and warranty card where applicable.
  • All shipments are tracked and insured.

In-Store Collection

Prefer to collect in person? You can pick up your order from our shop at no extra charge — no appointment needed.
