Sell Your iPhone 13 Mini

We pay up to £184, paid the same day.

Sell your iPhone 13 Mini to mendmyi. Cracks and a worn battery are part of the condition we assess, not a reason to refuse the handset. Once the device is inspected, the confirmed offer is held for 14 days and is the same whether you post it, book a free collection or drop it off at Haverhill. Payment goes out the same day your photo ID and proof of address are confirmed.

Not sure whether a part is original? How to check a refurbished phone

Before you sell

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.

★★★★★ 4.9 from 763 reviews

Combined rating across Google, Trustpilot and Facebook reviews.

Paid the same day

Cash or bank transfer as soon as your device is checked, not store credit.

Price held 14 days

Once we send your offer it will not drop, so you have time to decide.

We repair, so faulty still pays

Cracked screen or worn battery is a job on our bench, not a write-off.

Not the iPhone 13 Mini storage or condition you were looking for?

We buy a lot more than we list here. Older iPhones, Samsung and Pixel handsets, iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks and games consoles all get a real offer, and a cracked or faulty device is still worth something to us because we repair them in house. Tell us what you have and we will come back with a firm price.

No obligation, and nothing to pay. We will not give you a number we cannot honour, so if we need to see it first we will say so.

Three steps

How selling your iPhone 13 Mini works

No haggling, no waiting on a callback, and no offer that quietly drops when you arrive.

Get your price

Pick your iPhone 13 Mini storage and condition above and the price we pay appears straight away, no waiting for a callback.

Get it to us, three ways

Walk into the shop, book a free collection from your door within 5 miles, or post it free from anywhere in mainland UK.

Paid the same day

Accept the offer and you are paid there and then, cash or bank transfer, never store credit.

How selling your phone works, start to finish →

Your price

What your iPhone 13 Mini is worth depends on

Storage

Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which iPhone 13 Mini you have and it prices that exact variant.

We buy the iPhone 13 Mini in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage sizes. Check your storage setting before requesting the offer and choose the capacity that matches your phone, since that detail is part of how your handset is matched to the right quote.

Screen condition

A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.

Cracks, scuffs or other damage to the body do not automatically make an iPhone 13 Mini unsellable. We grade the phone as it arrives, so describe any damage accurately in your request and the confirmed offer will reflect the state we actually receive.

Body and connector

Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.

Selling does not require a visit to Haverhill. You can book a free collection, post the device or drop it off at the counter, and whichever route you pick, the confirmed offer is the same.

Photo ID and proof of address are required for every sale, and payment is sent the same day those have been confirmed. The confirmed offer for the iPhone 13 Mini is held for 14 days, and no matter how the handset reaches us the payment timing is the same.

Battery health

Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 13 Mini faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.

Battery wear is handled as a condition detail rather than as a rejection. If your iPhone 13 Mini needs charging more often than it used to, include that when you describe the handset; a worn battery is not something that disqualifies it from sale.

Whether it powers on

A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.

iCloud or Google account lock

We can only buy your iPhone 13 Mini once it is signed out of iCloud, with Find My switched off.

Make sure the iPhone 13 Mini is no longer linked to your Apple Account before it is sold. A handset that is still tied to you cannot be fully checked or passed on, so remove the account lock before you hand it to a courier, post it or bring it into Haverhill.

Original parts matter to the price: an aftermarket screen, battery or camera fitted by someone else changes what we can pay. If you are not sure what is in your iPhone 13 Mini, our guide on how to check a refurbished phone walks through what to look for.

Five minutes

Before you sell: five minutes that protect you

Do these before you hand the device over and the sale goes through without a hitch.

  • 1.Back up what you want to keep

Photos, contacts and anything else you would not want to lose. If an upgrade is replacing it, here is our guide to moving everything to your new phone.

  • 2.Sign out of iCloud or your Google account

Turn off Find My before you hand over the iPhone 13 Mini. A device still signed in cannot be bought from you.

  • 3.Take out the SIM and any memory card

These are yours to keep and are not part of the sale.

  • 4.Note down the IMEI

Dial *#06# or check Settings to find it, in case you want a record for your own files.

No surprises

Ownership, ID and your data

Three things worth knowing before you sell anything to anyone, not just to us.

The device has to be yours to sell

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

"This device is not under contract or finance, is not part of an insurance claim, and has not been reported lost or stolen - I own it outright."

We record name, address and ID on every purchase

We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.

It protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one. A photocard driving licence showing your current address covers both documents on its own.

Your data is wiped at our shop

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Locked in

Your price is held for 14 days

Once we send you an offer for your iPhone 13 Mini, it is held for 14 days. That gives you time to compare us against the online recyclers before deciding, without the price moving under you.

Selling your iPhone 13 Mini

Can I sell my iPhone 13 Mini to mendmyi without visiting Haverhill, and will I get a different offer by post or collection?

Yes, you can sell without visiting Haverhill. Book a free collection, post the handset to us or bring it to the counter, and the offer is the same for every route.

If I post my iPhone 13 Mini, do I still have to provide identification and when is the payment sent?

You do. Photo ID and proof of address are required for every iPhone 13 Mini purchase, with no exceptions. Payment goes out the same day those documents are confirmed, regardless of whether the handset was posted, collected or handed in at Haverhill.

Should I have mendmyi repair the cracked screen on my iPhone 13 Mini or sell the phone in its current state?

Both are genuine options, because mendmyi repairs devices as well as buying them. The right decision depends on whether you want the repaired handset back for your own use or are ready to hand it over to us; nothing here pushes you towards one over the other.

How long does an offer for an iPhone 13 Mini stay firm after you have inspected the handset?

It stays firm for 14 days. Once our inspection confirms the offer, that quote is held for exactly that period, so you can arrange collection or posting without worrying about the offer changing.

When mendmyi inspects my iPhone 13 Mini, will the offer I was quoted be reduced to a lower offer?

No. The quote we confirm is the one that stands, and it is not an opening position for us to lower. Where the handset matches the condition you described, the confirmed quote is the offer you receive.

Will you take my iPhone 13 Mini if it has a cracked screen and its battery no longer lasts as it should?

Yes, we will take it. The crack and the worn battery are both included in the condition we assess, so we do not refuse the handset because of either one; the offer is based on its overall state.
