Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
Before your iPhone 13 Pro is collected, sign out of your Apple Account and switch off Find My. This allows our team to test the handset and prepare it for transfer without delays, so it is best to do it before you confirm the sale.
You can book a free collection, bring the phone to our Haverhill shop counter or post it to us. The quote stays the same whichever route you choose, and the same photo ID and proof of address checks apply before payment is released.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 13 Pro faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.
We grade every iPhone 13 Pro on condition, functionality and completeness. A cracked screen or a worn battery does not mean the handset is refused; those faults are reflected in the grade we assign, so the figure you see already accounts for the device as it is.
Whether it powers on
A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.

Like any legitimate device buyer, we record photo ID and proof of address that match, to keep every purchase traceable to a genuine sale.

Your data is wiped at our shop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
