Sell your iPhone 13 Pro to mendmyi for cash, paid the same day

Sell Your iPhone 13 Pro

We pay up to £269, paid the same day.

We grade the iPhone 13 Pro on condition, functionality and completeness, so a cracked screen, scuffs and a battery that no longer holds its charge all shape the offer rather than causing a refusal. We assess those issues honestly during inspection instead of turning the handset away. Once the offer is confirmed, it is held for 14 days, and you can choose between a free collection, a handover at our shop counter or posting.

Not sure whether a part is original? How to check a refurbished phone

Before you sell

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.

★★★★★ 4.9 from 763 reviews

Combined rating across Google, Trustpilot and Facebook reviews.

Paid the same day

Cash or bank transfer as soon as your device is checked, not store credit.

Price held 14 days

Once we send your offer it will not drop, so you have time to decide.

We repair, so faulty still pays

Cracked screen or worn battery is a job on our bench, not a write-off.

Not the iPhone 13 Pro storage or condition you were looking for?

We buy a lot more than we list here. Older iPhones, Samsung and Pixel handsets, iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks and games consoles all get a real offer, and a cracked or faulty device is still worth something to us because we repair them in house. Tell us what you have and we will come back with a firm price.

No obligation, and nothing to pay. We will not give you a number we cannot honour, so if we need to see it first we will say so.

Three steps

How selling your iPhone 13 Pro works

No haggling, no waiting on a callback, and no offer that quietly drops when you arrive.

Get your price

Pick your iPhone 13 Pro storage and condition above and the price we pay appears straight away, no waiting for a callback.

Get it to us, three ways

Walk into the shop, book a free collection from your door within 5 miles, or post it free from anywhere in mainland UK.

Paid the same day

Accept the offer and you are paid there and then, cash or bank transfer, never store credit.

How selling your phone works, start to finish →

Your price

What your iPhone 13 Pro is worth depends on

Storage

Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which iPhone 13 Pro you have and it prices that exact variant.

We buy the iPhone 13 Pro in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1024GB capacities, so all four storage sizes are saleable to us. Check the capacity of your own phone before you start so the details you give match the actual handset.

Screen condition

A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.

Body and connector

Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.

There is no need to post your iPhone 13 Pro if you would rather not: mendmyi offers a free collection, accepts handovers at our Haverhill shop counter, and also takes posted devices. The route you pick does not give a different outcome, so choose whichever fits best.

Battery health

Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 13 Pro faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.

Cracks, scuffs and a worn battery do not stop us buying your iPhone 13 Pro. We base the assessment on condition, functionality and completeness, so every mark is weighed honestly and reflected in the grade we confirm after inspection.

When you describe the iPhone 13 Pro, be clear about how it powers on and whether the battery holds its charge. We look at function as part of the grading, so an honest power and battery picture helps the confirmed offer match the phone we actually receive.

Whether it powers on

A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.

iCloud or Google account lock

We can only buy your iPhone 13 Pro once it is signed out of iCloud, with Find My switched off.

Whether your iPhone 13 Pro is collected, dropped at our Haverhill shop or posted in, it needs to arrive released from your Apple Account with Find My switched off. Arranging that sign out before the handover keeps the sale moving without delay.

Original parts matter to the price: an aftermarket screen, battery or camera fitted by someone else changes what we can pay. If you are not sure what is in your iPhone 13 Pro, our guide on how to check a refurbished phone walks through what to look for.

Five minutes

Before you sell: five minutes that protect you

Do these before you hand the device over and the sale goes through without a hitch.

  • 1.Back up what you want to keep

Photos, contacts and anything else you would not want to lose. If an upgrade is replacing it, here is our guide to moving everything to your new phone.

  • 2.Sign out of iCloud or your Google account

Turn off Find My before you hand over the iPhone 13 Pro. A device still signed in cannot be bought from you.

  • 3.Take out the SIM and any memory card

These are yours to keep and are not part of the sale.

  • 4.Note down the IMEI

Dial *#06# or check Settings to find it, in case you want a record for your own files.

No surprises

Ownership, ID and your data

Three things worth knowing before you sell anything to anyone, not just to us.

The device has to be yours to sell

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

"This device is not under contract or finance, is not part of an insurance claim, and has not been reported lost or stolen - I own it outright."

We record name, address and ID on every purchase

We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.

It protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one. A photocard driving licence showing your current address covers both documents on its own.

Your data is wiped at our shop

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Locked in

Your price is held for 14 days

Once we send you an offer for your iPhone 13 Pro, it is held for 14 days. That gives you time to compare us against the online recyclers before deciding, without the price moving under you.

Selling your iPhone 13 Pro

If my iPhone 13 Pro has a cracked screen and the battery is failing, would you still buy it from me?

Yes, we would still buy it. A cracked screen and a battery that no longer charges as it should are both taken into account when we grade the iPhone 13 Pro for condition, functionality and completeness, and neither on its own causes an automatic no.

When should I turn off Find My and get my iPhone 13 Pro released from my Apple Account?

As soon as you decide to sell, and certainly before the handset leaves you. The iPhone 13 Pro should arrive with no Apple Account attached and Find My switched off so we can take the phone through assessment and onto its next owner without delays.

Can I choose between a home collection and dropping my iPhone 13 Pro off, and will the offer differ?

Yes, you can choose either, or post the phone in, and the offer will not differ. Alongside the free collection and posted route, our Haverhill shop counter accepts the iPhone 13 Pro in person.

What do I need to provide by way of identification before you pay for my iPhone 13 Pro, and when does payment go out?

You need to provide photo ID and proof of address on every purchase, with no exceptions. The payment is sent on the same day once those are confirmed, and that timing is the same whether the phone is collected, dropped off or posted.

Should I have the iPhone 13 Pro repaired before offering it for sale?

It is a genuine choice, because mendmyi repairs devices as well as buying them. If you are weighing repair against sale, we can talk through the handset's condition and what each route involves before you decide, without pushing you in one direction.

Once you have inspected my iPhone 13 Pro, how long is the confirmed offer valid for?

The confirmed offer is valid for 14 days from the point we inspect the device and confirm it. That gives you a fortnight to agree the next steps and choose how to send the phone without the number changing.
