Both faces count on an iPhone 14 Pro: the Excellent tier asks for flawless casing, not just flawless glass. We buy it on Lightning in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. A crack front or back gets past neither Excellent nor Good, so use the email route and the replacement panel is costed at trade.
Storage

Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
The back glass is worth a look as well as the front on an iPhone 14 Pro. A cracked rear panel fails the Excellent tick, which asks for flawless casing as well as a flawless screen, and it fails the Good tick too. Body and connector

Yes. It simply cannot be priced from this page, because a crack fails Excellent and fails Good, which leaves the form nothing to offer but Faulty. Does battery health affect what an iPhone 14 Pro is worth?
