Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
The offer is confirmed after the device is inspected and is then held for 14 days. If the handset matches the condition you described, the confirmed offer is what you receive, with no renegotiation once it is with us.
Free collection, posting the device in, and dropping it at the Haverhill shop counter are all valid routes for the iPhone 14 Pro. The route you choose does not alter the offer you receive.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 14 Pro faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.
Do not assume a damaged screen or a tired battery makes the phone unsellable. The iPhone 14 Pro is graded against its current state, and both issues simply move it down a condition tier rather than taking it out of the sale.

iCloud or Google account lock
We can only buy your iPhone 14 Pro once it is signed out of iCloud, with Find My switched off.
Sign out of your Apple Account and turn off Find My before the iPhone 14 Pro is collected or posted. If the phone is still linked to your details, it cannot be prepared for its next owner and the sale will stay held up until the link is removed.

The device has to be yours to sell
We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record name, address and ID on every purchase
We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.
It protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one. A photocard driving licence showing your current address covers both documents on its own.
