"Samsung flip phone did the inevitable and screen cracked on the bend. Looked at taking it to a large store and although cheaper, it was along way to travel and due to time constraints booked into Mendmyi. The mendmyi shop on Queen Street

You will find us at 3 Queen Street, a short walk from the High Street market in the middle of Haverhill. It is a proper walk-in shop, not a booking form and a locked door: come in, put your device on the counter, and deal with the same people who do the work. Repairs, refurbished devices and trade-ins all happen under one roof, so whether you are collecting a fixed phone, selling an old one or choosing your next, it is one visit to one place.

Everything is done in-house by our own team. That means a fixed written quote before anything starts, most screen and battery repairs finished the same day, free diagnostics, and no chargeable work without your say-so. It is the difference between posting your phone off to a stranger and a High Street shop where you can watch the work happen and ask questions across the counter.

Haverhill has held a market since it was recorded in the Domesday Book, and the Saturday High Street market and Friday square still bring the town together. We are glad to be part of that, looking after devices for people across the town and the villages around it, from Kedington and Sturmer to Withersfield. Do you buy phones and take trade-ins in Haverhill?

Yes. Bring an old handset in and we will quote it across the counter there and then, and pay you cash the same day if you are happy, or put its value towards a refurbished upgrade.

My phone got wet, can you help?

Yes. Bring it in as quickly as you can. Our water-damage diagnostic is free and includes opening the phone up and cleaning it, which is sometimes all it needs, and we never carry out chargeable work without agreeing it with you first.

Are your repairs and refurbished devices guaranteed?

Yes. The parts we fit and every refurbished device we sell are backed by a 12-month warranty. If anything covered develops a fault, bring it back into the shop and we will put it right.
