We buy the iPhone 16 in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB, and it charges over USB-C. Pick your capacity and condition above and the price we pay is on screen at once. Cracks fail the Excellent and Good ticks alike, so a broken one goes through "Email me this price" and we cost the panel at what we pay for it.
Storage
Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which iPhone 16 you have and it prices that exact variant.
We take the iPhone 16 in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage puts the capacity across the top of the screen, which beats going by the phone you remember ordering.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
USB-C is the connector on an iPhone 16, which means a computer backup needs nothing you do not already own for something else. We buy the handset by itself, so whichever cable you used for that stays exactly where it is.
Bring the passcode with you. An iPhone 16 we cannot unlock is an iPhone we cannot test, and that turns a sale done while you wait into leaving the phone here and driving home to find it.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 16 faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.

iCloud or Google account lock
We can only buy a iPhone 16 that is signed out of iCloud or your Google account, with Find My switched off.

Your data is wiped at our workshop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Can I sell an iPhone 16 that is still on finance or signed in to iCloud?
Not yet, though both are fixable at your end. The finance side needs a settlement figure from the provider, which is one phone call. The account side is the one to do carefully: sign out of the iPhone 16 itself rather than deleting it from a browser, because a device removed remotely can still come up asking for the password when it next starts.
What ID do you need for an iPhone 16, and how soon is the money in my hand?
