Screen condition

Body and connector

An iPhone 15 Pro Max charges over USB-C. On the Excellent, Good and Faulty tiers the phone by itself is all we need, so a missing cable or a missing plug takes nothing off the figure. Original packaging matters only on the Brand new tier above them, and an open box handset sitting in the carton it came in qualifies there as much as a factory sealed one does, as long as it was never activated.
A collection has to be booked to an address that matches the ID we take. If you would rather an iPhone 15 Pro Max was picked up from work than from home, say so when you book it and we arrange the paperwork around that rather than turning the driver away on the doorstep.

Your data is wiped at our workshop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
