An iPhone 16e comes to us in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB on a USB-C port, and the figure lands the moment you pick a capacity and a tier, with no enquiry standing in between. A crack fails Excellent and fails Good, so a broken one is quoted by email and the glass costed at what a panel costs us.
Storage

We take the iPhone 16e in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. Nothing on the outside of the handset says which one you own, and the storage line in Settings settles it faster than working back from what you paid.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
The iPhone 16e charges over USB-C. If yours has started charging only when the cable sits at a certain angle, mention it, because that is a port rather than a phone and refitting one is ordinary work on this bench.
If your iPhone 16e is set up on an eSIM rather than a plastic SIM, deal with that before you hand it over. Moving a number to your next phone is straightforward while you still have this one in your hand and a good deal less so afterwards.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 16e faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.

Your data is wiped at our workshop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Do you buy a cracked iPhone 16e?
Yes. It is the tiers on this page that get in the way: cracks fail the Excellent tick and the Good tick, so an iPhone 16e with a broken screen could only go through as Faulty. Does the USB-C cable or charger matter on an iPhone 16e?
No. The handset alone is what we buy, so keep the cable and keep the plug. The connector only comes into it when the port itself has been damaged, and that is a repair rather than a reason to turn the phone away.
What do I need to do before I sell my iPhone 16e?
If your iCloud storage is already full, the backup is the part that will hold you up. An iPhone 16e will back straight up to a computer over its USB-C cable instead, which costs nothing and does not depend on your broadband. Once that has finished, sign out of the Apple Account, erase, and clear the SIM or eSIM.
Can I sell an iPhone 16e that is on finance or iCloud locked?
Neither goes through as it stands. Activation lock is the one that catches people out after the handset has already left them: a wiped iPhone 16e still stops at a sign in screen, and only you can clear that, from iCloud.com or another device on the same account. Do it before the sale rather than by phone afterwards.
