We take the iPhone 15 Plus in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. A screen this size tends to collect video, so read the storage line in Settings, General, About rather than judging the capacity by how full the phone feels.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
An iPhone 15 Plus charges over USB-C, and the plug goes in either way up, so a port that has started accepting a cable only one way round is telling you something. Refitting one is work we do here, and the cable itself stays with you either way.
Do not erase an iPhone 15 Plus until the backup has genuinely finished. People wipe them the night before to be helpful and turn up having lost photos they wanted back, and the storage gets cleared here as a matter of course anyway.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 15 Plus faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.

Your data is wiped at our workshop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

What should I sort out before selling my iPhone 15 Plus?
Finish the backup before anything else, then sign out of iCloud, switch Find My off and slide the SIM out. Handsets with a screen this size tend to be full of video, and a full backup takes longer than most people set aside for it, so give it room. An iPhone 15 Plus still signed in to an Apple account stays locked to you and cannot be sold on.
Do you buy an iPhone 15 Plus that will not power on?
Not through the form on this page. The lowest tier here still asks for a handset that switches on, and there is nothing underneath it, so a dead one has no route through the online flow.
