Screen condition

Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
Sign out of your Apple Account and switch off Find My before your iPhone 14 Plus is collected, dropped off or posted. A handset that arrives without an activation lock can be tested and transferred straight away, which keeps your payment moving.
There are three ways to get your iPhone 14 Plus to us: arrange a free collection, bring it to our Haverhill shop counter, or post it in. The price is the same for every route, and payment is sent the same day once your ID is confirmed.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 14 Plus faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.
A cracked screen or a worn battery does not stop us from buying your iPhone 14 Plus. We work both into our grading, so the figure you are quoted reflects the handset's condition, functionality and completeness as it reaches us.

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record ID on every purchase
Like any legitimate device buyer, we record photo ID and proof of address that match, to keep every purchase traceable to a genuine sale.
It is standard practice for any second-hand device buyer, and it protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one.
Your data is wiped at our shop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
