What your iPhone 14 Plus is worth depends on
The iPhone 14 Plus is a big-screen handset with a Lightning port, and we buy it in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. Pick yours above and the price we pay lands on screen. A crack fails both the Excellent and the Good ticks, so a broken one is quoted by email at what a new panel costs us.
Storage
Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which iPhone 14 Plus you have and it prices that exact variant.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Plus and Pro Max are easy to mix up once a phone has spent a couple of years inside a case. Open Settings, then General, then About and read the model name off the top of that screen, so the figure you are looking at belongs to the handset in your hand.
If the screen on your iPhone 14 Plus has already been replaced somewhere else, say so when you get in touch. It does not put us off buying it, but an aftermarket panel behaves differently on the bench and we would rather know before we quote than find out afterwards.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
Lightning is what an iPhone 14 Plus charges over, and we buy the phone by itself, so there is no need to hunt down the cable or the plug before you sell it.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 14 Plus faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.

Your data is wiped at our workshop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Do you buy a cracked iPhone 14 Plus?
Yes, and having it repaired elsewhere first is money you are unlikely to see again. The snag is that Excellent and Good both rule cracks out, so the only tier a broken one could take is Faulty. Send it through "Email me this price" or bring it into Haverhill and we cost the panel at what we pay to fit one, then confirm that amount with the phone in front of us.
Does battery health change what you pay for an iPhone 14 Plus?
Only under 90 per cent. At or above that line the cell is not part of the sum at all. Below it we deduct our own cost for a genuine replacement, and the amount is worked out with the handset in front of us rather than read off the option you picked.
Does the Lightning cable or charger matter?
Not to us. Post or carry in the handset on its own if that is easier. The connector only comes into it if the port itself has been damaged, and a worn port is bench work we would be doing here anyway.
What should I sort out before selling my iPhone 14 Plus?
Start with the backup, then sign out of iCloud, turn Find My off and pop the SIM out. On this handset the tray sits under the case most owners keep on it, so take the case off rather than trying to work the pin in around the edge of it. An iPhone 14 Plus still signed in to an Apple account stays locked to you and cannot be sold on.
Does it matter which storage size my iPhone 14 Plus is?
