What your iPhone 18 Pro is worth depends on
Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 18 Pro in autumn 2026, though nothing is official yet. We'll be buying it from the first day it's in customers' hands, and until then there's no real number to give you, because the phone doesn't exist. What you'll see today is what an iPhone 17 Pro is worth, and we swap that out for genuine 18 Pro pricing on announcement day.
Storage
Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which iPhone 18 Pro you have and it prices that exact variant.
We're working on the assumption the 18 Pro keeps the same 256GB, 512GB and 1TB spread as its predecessor, purely because that's been the pattern for several generations running. Treat it as our best guess, not a confirmed spec.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
Camera hardware, chip and storage tiers for the iPhone 18 Pro are all still rumour at this stage, so this page won't state any of them as fact. What you're seeing priced here is the outgoing iPhone 17 Pro standing in until Apple says otherwise.
Pro-line iPhones tend to hold their resale value better than the standard models a year or two after release, and we've no reason to expect the 18 Pro to buck that trend. It's a big part of why we're willing to open trade-ins against last year's handset rather than making you wait for launch day.
Sat on an iPhone 16 Pro or 17 Pro and thinking about upgrading once the 18 Pro lands? The quote we give you today for that handset holds while you decide, so there's no cost to checking now instead of later.
Battery health
Our cut off is 90 per cent, so at or above that there is no deduction at all. Below it we take off what a genuine replacement costs us rather than calling the iPhone 18 Pro faulty. Apple's own 80 per cent mark is a repair threshold, not a resale one.
Whether it powers on
A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.
iCloud or Google account lock
We can only buy a iPhone 18 Pro that is signed out of iCloud or your Google account, with Find My switched off.

2.Sign out of iCloud or your Google account
Turn off Find My before you hand over the iPhone 18 Pro. A device still signed in cannot be bought from you.

3.Take out the SIM and any memory card
These are yours to keep and are not part of the sale.

4.Note down the IMEI
Dial *#06# or check Settings to find it, in case you want a record for your own files.

Three things worth knowing before you sell anything to anyone, not just to us.
The device has to be yours to sell
We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record name, address and ID on every purchase
We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.
It protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one. A photocard driving licence showing your current address covers both documents on its own.

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Selling your iPhone 18 Pro
When does the iPhone 18 Pro come out?
Apple hasn't announced a date. Going by its usual September launch window we're expecting autumn 2026, but that's an estimate based on past years, not a confirmed release date.
How much will an iPhone 18 Pro trade in for?
There's no real 18 Pro figure to quote yet because the phone hasn't been announced. Until then we price it against today's iPhone 17 Pro value, and that number gets replaced the moment Apple reveals the actual device.
Can I lock in a price before launch?
No, we won't fix a number for a phone that doesn't officially exist. What we will do is buy your iPhone 18 Pro from launch day onward, priced against the real handset rather than a guess.
