Apple is expected to bring out the iPhone 18 Pro in autumn 2026, and the moment it's in customers' hands, we'll be booking in repairs for it. Nothing about the chip, camera hardware or storage tiers is confirmed yet, so this page won't pretend otherwise. What's shown in the pricing table below is today's iPhone 17 Pro rate, standing in until Apple's actual parts costs for the 18 Pro exist.

What we expect to repair

Screen replacement, battery swaps, charging port faults, camera and button repairs, and liquid damage assessment are the jobs that make up most of our iPhone workload year after year, and we've no reason to think the 18 Pro will be any different. A free, no-obligation diagnostic comes first on every job, so you get a clear quote before any work starts.

Genuine parts and Face ID

A screen or battery repair does not touch the Face ID sensor, which sits in its own module separate from the display and battery, so a routine repair leaves Face ID working exactly as it did before. Where a component on newer iPhones is part-paired to the handset, an uncalibrated replacement can trigger an "Unknown Part" note in Settings rather than any loss of function, and we'll always explain that trade-off before you decide between a premium or aftermarket part.

Booking in from day one

Once the iPhone 18 Pro is actually out, you'll be able to walk into our Haverhill shop, post it to us, or book a free local collection, exactly as you can with every current iPhone. Every repair carries our 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
