We buy the iPhone 17e in 256GB and 512GB, and it charges over USB-C. There is no 128GB version of this one. Pick your capacity and condition above for the price we pay today. Excellent and Good both rule cracks out, so a broken one goes through the email route and we cost the panel ourselves.
Storage

We take the iPhone 17e in 256GB and 512GB. There is no 128GB step on this handset, so a listing offering one has the model wrong somewhere, and the storage line in Settings will settle which phone you are actually holding.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.

Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
USB-C is what an iPhone 17e charges over, and it is also how we connect one to the bench when it arrives. A port that has gone fussy shows up in the first minute of that check, and it is a repair we carry out here rather than a reason to knock the handset back.

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Do you buy a cracked iPhone 17e?
Yes, though not through the tiers on this page. A crack rules out Excellent and rules out Good, so the form would drop an iPhone 17e straight to Faulty.
