Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
An iPhone 16 Plus charges over USB-C, and a thick case with a deep lip around the port will make a cable feel loose in one long before the socket is actually worn. Try it with the case off before you decide the socket has gone, because that is the difference between a phone that wants nothing and a phone that wants a part.
If your iPhone 16 Plus came back from Apple as a warranty replacement, the serial on your receipt will not be the serial on the handset. Nothing about that slows a sale down at our end, because we log the IMEI off the phone itself rather than off any paperwork you bring with it.

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our workshop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Selling your iPhone 16 Plus
Will you buy an iPhone 16 Plus with a broken screen?
Yes. The obstacle is only that this page cannot price it fairly: cracks fail the Excellent tick and the Good tick, so the form has nothing left but Faulty.
