  • 1.Back up what you want to keep

    Photos, contacts and anything else you would not want to lose. If an upgrade is replacing it, here is our guide to moving everything to your new phone.

  • 2.Sign out of iCloud or your Google account

    Turn off Find My before you hand over the iPad and tablets. A device still signed in cannot be bought from you.

  • 3.Take out the SIM and any memory card

    These are yours to keep and are not part of the sale.

  • 4.Note down the IMEI

    Dial *#06# or check Settings to find it, in case you want a record for your own files.
