What your Pixel 7 is worth depends on
A Pixel 7 with a cracked screen or a worn battery is still sellable, because those issues are folded into the overall condition grade rather than treated as a separate penalty. The offer shown before you commit is the final one, and it does not change when the device arrives.
Storage
Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which Pixel 7 you have and it prices that exact variant.
We buy the 128GB and 256GB versions of the Pixel 7, so both common storage sizes are covered. Whichever capacity you have, the condition of the device is what determines where it lands in our grading.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Before sending your Pixel 7, sign out of your Google account and remove any screen lock. The device needs to be free of Factory Reset Protection for the sale to progress, so doing this first avoids a delay.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
You can sell your Pixel 7 by booking a free collection, posting it in, or dropping it off at our Haverhill shop counter. The offer is the same whichever route you choose, and once your ID checks are confirmed the payment goes out the same day.
Battery health
We check battery condition ourselves on the bench rather than asking you to self-report a figure online, since there is no single on-device reading we can rely on for every brand. A genuinely worn cell comes off at what a real replacement costs us, worked out once we have the Pixel 7 in front of us.
We still buy a Pixel 7 with a cracked screen, scuffs or a battery that drains quickly. Those issues set the condition grade instead of ending the sale, and the offer you see before sending is the one you receive.
Whether it powers on
A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.
iCloud or Google account lock
We can only buy a Pixel 7 that is signed out of iCloud or your Google account, with Find My switched off.

Three things worth knowing before you sell anything to anyone, not just to us.
The device has to be yours to sell
We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record name, address and ID on every purchase
We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.
It protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one. A photocard driving licence showing your current address covers both documents on its own.

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Can I sell my Pixel 7 if the screen has a crack and the battery no longer holds a charge?
Yes, we still buy a Pixel 7 with a cracked screen and a worn battery. A crack and battery wear are factored into the overall condition grade, so you still get an offer and the quote stays the one you were shown.
Do I need to remove my Google account from the Pixel 7 before sending it?
Yes, the Pixel 7 must be signed out of your Google account and have Factory Reset Protection removed, otherwise the sale cannot progress. Clear any screen lock as well so the device can be checked and wiped safely.
Is the offer different if I post my Pixel 7 instead of booking a free collection?
No, the offer is exactly the same whether you book the free collection, post the Pixel 7 in or drop it off at our Haverhill shop counter, so choose whichever route is easiest for you.
When will I be paid for my Pixel 7?
You are paid the same day your photo ID and proof of address are confirmed, and both are required on every purchase no matter how your Pixel 7 reached us.
