iPhone 18 repairs, ready when it launches

Current expectations put the standard iPhone 18 in Spring 2027, a later slot than the autumn releases Apple has used for the non-Pro line in recent years. We're not going to state that date as fixed, because Apple hasn't confirmed it, but whenever it lands, we'll be repairing it from the first day.

Repairs we expect to handle

Screen and battery replacement, charging port faults, camera repairs and liquid damage assessment cover the vast majority of standard iPhone repairs we see, and there's nothing to suggest the 18 will be any different. As with every repair, we run a free, no-obligation diagnostic first so the quote reflects the actual issue.

Parts and Face ID

Face ID is handled by its own sensor hardware, kept separate from the display and battery, so a routine screen or battery repair has no effect on it. Recent standard iPhones part-pair certain components, and an uncalibrated replacement can show an "Unknown Part" note in Settings without changing how the phone or the part actually works; we'll walk you through that choice before any repair goes ahead.

How to get it to us

Because the standard iPhone line is where most of our repairs come from year to year, getting the 18's pricing right from launch matters more here than on a lower-volume model. Once it exists, you'll be able to walk in to our Haverhill shop, post it to us, or book a free local collection, with the same 12-month warranty on every repair we carry out.
