Before sending your Galaxy S24, sign out of your Google account and remove any screen lock, PIN, password or biometrics. That clears Factory Reset Protection, which would otherwise tie the phone to you and hold up our checks.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
You can book a free collection, drop the phone at our Haverhill shop counter or post it in, and the price is the same on every route. Payment goes out the same day once your photo ID and proof of address are confirmed.
Battery health
We check battery condition ourselves on the bench rather than asking you to self-report a figure online, since there is no single on-device reading we can rely on for every brand. A genuinely worn cell comes off at what a real replacement costs us, worked out once we have the Galaxy S24 in front of us.

Your data is wiped at our shop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
