Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
Before you send the Note20, sign out of your Google account and remove any PIN, password or biometric lock. This clears the Factory Reset Protection that would otherwise tie the device to you and hold up our checks.
You can book a free collection, drop the Note20 at our Haverhill shop counter, or post it in, and the amount you receive is the same on every route. Payment is sent out the same day once your photo ID and proof of address are confirmed.
Battery health
We check battery condition ourselves on the bench rather than asking you to self-report a figure online, since there is no single on-device reading we can rely on for every brand. A genuinely worn cell comes off at what a real replacement costs us, worked out once we have the Galaxy Note20 in front of us.

Your data is wiped at our shop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
