Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Signing out matters more on this one than the screen size does. Remove the Google account, switch off Find My Device, then run the factory reset. Google's own Factory Reset Protection can sit active for up to 72 hours after the account goes, so the only proof a Pixel 9 Pro XL is properly sale ready is a Welcome screen with no prior account prompt on it. If it asks for old credentials, do not send it yet.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
