What your Pixel 10 is worth depends on
We buy the Pixel 10, launched in 2025, in 128GB and 256GB over USB-C. Sign out of the Google account and switch off Find My Device before a factory reset, since Factory Reset Protection can hold the phone 72 hours after. A crack rules out Excellent and Good alike, so email us and the screen is costed at what we pay.
Storage
Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which Pixel 10 you have and it prices that exact variant.
Screen condition
A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.
Selling a Pixel 10 means signing out properly first: remove the Google account, turn off Find My Device, then run the factory reset from Settings. Factory Reset Protection can hold a device for up to 72 hours after the account is removed, so a reset only counts as done once it boots straight to the Welcome screen with no request for your old sign in details.
Body and connector
Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
A Pixel 10 charges over USB-C, and that is also how we check one over at the counter rather than take the phone's own word for its condition. Bring the cable if you have it, though we test it here either way.
We can only buy a Pixel 10 that is yours outright. A handset still tied to a network agreement or an unresolved finance balance belongs to that agreement rather than to you, and it is worth checking where yours stands before you set a day aside to bring one in, whatever condition the phone itself is in.
Battery health
We check battery condition ourselves on the bench rather than asking you to self-report a figure online, since there is no single on-device reading we can rely on for every brand. A genuinely worn cell comes off at what a real replacement costs us, worked out once we have the Pixel 10 in front of us.
A Pixel 10 does not ask you to self-report a battery percentage on this page. Android gives no single on-device figure a seller can check the way an iPhone does through Battery Health, so we work out battery condition ourselves once the phone is on the bench, alongside the rest of the check.
Whether it powers on
A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.

Your data is wiped at our shop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
