Sell Your Pixel 10

2025 · GK2MP, GL066, GLBW0

We pay up to £298, paid the same day.

The condition of your Pixel 10 is what shapes the offer we make, so a phone that powers on, holds a charge and shows only light wear falls into a higher band than one with damage or faults. Cosmetic wear, how well it works and what is included all play a part in that grade. After we inspect it, the offer we confirm is held for 14 days, and the handset can be posted to us or collected for free.

Not sure whether a part is original? How to check a refurbished phone

Before you sell

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.

★★★★★ 4.9 from 764 reviews

Combined rating across Google, Trustpilot and Facebook reviews.

Paid the same day

Bank transfer as soon as your device is checked, or store credit towards an upgrade or downgrade.

Price held 14 days

Once we send your offer it will not drop, so you have time to decide.

We repair, so faulty still pays

Cracked screen or worn battery is a job on our bench, not a write-off.

Not the Pixel 10 storage or condition you were looking for?

We buy a lot more than we list here. Older iPhones, Samsung and Pixel handsets, iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks and games consoles all get a real offer, and a cracked or faulty device is still worth something to us because we repair them in house. Tell us what you have and we will come back with a firm price.

No obligation, and nothing to pay. We will not give you a number we cannot honour, so if we need to see it first we will say so.

Three steps

How selling your Pixel 10 works

No haggling, no waiting on a callback, and no offer that quietly drops when you arrive.

Get your price

Pick your Pixel 10 storage and condition above and the price we pay appears straight away, no waiting for a callback.

Get it to us, three ways

Walk into the shop, book a free collection from your door within 5 miles, or post it free from anywhere in mainland UK.

Paid the same day

Accept the offer and you are paid there and then, by bank transfer, or store credit towards an upgrade or downgrade.

Your price

What your Pixel 10 is worth depends on

Storage

Bigger storage means a better price. Tell the finder above which Pixel 10 you have and it prices that exact variant.

We buy the Pixel 10 in 128GB and 256GB storage sizes, so the offer you request should match the capacity in your handset. You can check this in the Settings app under Storage, and choosing the correct size from the start avoids any back and forth later.

Screen condition

A cracked screen does not drop you to a faulty price. You keep the condition the phone is otherwise in and we simply take off what the glass costs us to replace, because we replace them ourselves.

Body and connector

Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.

The condition of your Pixel 10 defines the grade it gets, and we look at cosmetic wear, how well it functions and what comes with it. A handset that shows its age is still saleable; it just sits in a lower band, so do not rule out selling yours because it is not mint.

Whatever you prefer, the offer is the same: you can book a free collection, drop the Pixel 10 off at our Haverhill shop counter or post it in. The route is about convenience for you, not a reason for the offer to change.

After inspection we confirm an offer and keep it in place for 14 days. That means you are not forced into an instant decision, and the offer we confirm does not change during the hold.

Battery health

We check battery condition ourselves on the bench rather than asking you to self-report a figure online, since there is no single on-device reading we can rely on for every brand. A genuinely worn cell comes off at what a real replacement costs us, worked out once we have the Pixel 10 in front of us.

We need the Pixel 10 to power on for testing, and battery health is considered inside the overall condition grade. If the battery has faded, that moves the handset down a band rather than adding a separate issue on top.

Whether it powers on

A device that boots and passes our checks is worth more than one that does not, but a dead handset is still worth telling us about rather than binning.

iCloud or Google account lock

We can only buy your Pixel 10 once it is signed out of your Google account, which is what clears Factory Reset Protection.

A Pixel 10 that still has an active Google account cannot be purchased until the account and Factory Reset Protection are removed. Sign out of the account, clear any screen lock and reset the handset before sending, as locked devices will hold up your sale.

Original parts matter to the price: an aftermarket screen, battery or camera fitted by someone else changes what we can pay. If you are not sure what is in your Pixel 10, our guide on how to check a refurbished phone walks through what to look for.

Five minutes

Before you sell: five minutes that protect you

Do these before you hand the device over and the sale goes through without a hitch.

  • 1.Back up what you want to keep

Photos, contacts and anything else you would not want to lose. If an upgrade is replacing it, here is our guide to moving everything to your new phone.

  • 2.Sign out of iCloud or your Google account

Turn off Find My before you hand over the Pixel 10. A device still signed in cannot be bought from you.

  • 3.Take out the SIM and any memory card

These are yours to keep and are not part of the sale.

  • 4.Note down the IMEI

Dial *#06# or check Settings to find it, in case you want a record for your own files.

No surprises

Ownership, ID and your data

Three things worth knowing before you sell anything to anyone, not just to us.

The device has to be yours to sell

We cannot buy a device that is still under contract or on finance, because until it is paid off you are not yet its legal owner. We also cannot buy a device that is part of an ongoing insurance claim, or that has been reported lost or stolen.

"This device is not under contract or finance, is not part of an insurance claim, and has not been reported lost or stolen - I own it outright."

We record name, address and ID on every purchase

We record the name and address of everyone we buy from, and check them against photo ID and proof of address. HMRC requires it: buying from a private seller, we have to raise the purchase invoice ourselves and it must carry your details. Bring the documents into the shop and show us, or send a photo if the device is reaching us another way.

It protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one. A photocard driving licence showing your current address covers both documents on its own.

Your data is wiped at our shop

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Locked in

Your price is held for 14 days

Once we send you an offer for your Pixel 10, it is held for 14 days. That gives you time to compare us against the online recyclers before deciding, without the price moving under you.

“A first class service for the third time. I’m glad to see the warranty has been extended to 12 months. Excellent ”

“Samsung flip phone did the inevitable and screen cracked on the bend. Looked at taking it to a large store and although cheaper, it was along way to travel and due to time constraints booked into Mendmyi. Although slightly more expensive they got the job done quickly using Samsung parts and it was a quick turnaround and it's all like new again.”

Selling your Pixel 10

Should I remove my Google account from my Pixel 10 before the courier collects it?

Yes, a Pixel 10 that is still signed into a Google account cannot be sold until the account and Factory Reset Protection are cleared. Sign out, remove the screen lock and restore the phone to factory settings before it leaves your hands, and the sale will flow far more smoothly.

Does posting my Pixel 10 rather than choosing the free collection change the offer I get?

No, the offer for your Pixel 10 stands regardless of route, so you can post it, book the free collection or hand it over at the Haverhill counter without affecting the result.

If my Pixel 10 arrives by post, when will payment go out?

Payment is made the same day your photo ID and proof of address are confirmed, whichever way your Pixel 10 reached us. Both documents are required on every purchase without exception.

Should I have my Pixel 10 repaired before selling it, or is selling it as it is okay?

It depends on whether you want to keep using the Pixel 10 or pass it on, and mendmyi will support either option because we repair devices as well as buying them. If the phone has problems you want put right and you would rather keep it, a repair is the route to consider. If you would rather let the phone go without further work, selling it in its present condition is just as real an option.

Once my Pixel 10 has been inspected, how long is the offer held?

It is held for 14 days from the moment we confirm the offer following inspection of your Pixel 10, so you are free to take your time over the choice.

Will mendmyi negotiate down the offer on my Pixel 10 when it receives it?

No, because the quote you are given for your Pixel 10 is final rather than an opening position, and it is not renegotiated once the phone is with us.
