Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.
Before your Galaxy A70 is collected, dropped off or posted, sign out of your Google account and remove any PIN, password or biometric lock. This clears the Factory Reset Protection that would otherwise keep the phone tied to you.

Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.
