Dents, scuffs and cracks to the casing are graded as part of the overall condition. A cracked back or a bent frame lowers the offer but rarely rules a device out.

We can only buy a Galaxy A15 that is signed out of iCloud or your Google account, with Find My switched off.

It is standard practice for any second-hand device buyer, and it protects you as much as us: the purchase can always be traced back to a genuine sale rather than an anonymous one.
Your data is wiped at our shop
Once your device is checked in, it is fully wiped and factory reset at our shop before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours is left behind on it.

Your price is held for 14 days
Once we send you an offer for your Galaxy A15, it is held for 14 days. That gives you time to compare us against the online recyclers before deciding, without the price moving under you.

What happens if I forget to sign out of my Google account before selling the Galaxy A15?
The phone stays tied to you through Factory Reset Protection, which delays our checks until you sign out of your Google account and remove any screen lock. It is simplest to do this before the phone is collected or posted.
Can I have my Galaxy A15 collected from my home, and will it cost me anything extra?
Yes, you can book a free collection. Posting the phone or bringing it to our Haverhill shop counter are the alternatives, and the price you are quoted is identical on all three routes.
