Meet the Founder

mendmyi was founded and is owned by Riki Baker, who has built the business into one of Haverhill's go-to names for device repair and refurbished electronics over the course of more than a decade in the trade.

Riki still takes a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the shop - from the workbench through to the people side of things - and sets the standards the whole team works to: honest advice, careful workmanship, and the 12-month warranty that backs every repair. That owner-led approach is why so many local customers come back, and why we're trusted with everything from a cracked iPhone screen to a school's fleet of iPads.
