As per the terms and conditions agreed to when you placed your order any parts that are not needed, faulty or wrong must be returned to us before any action can be taken, without exception.

Please note - although this procedure is a guide our terms and conditions form the basis of our returns. Please pay special attention to clause 8.

Please include your mendmyi 6 digit Order Number (available on your invoice or despatch email) and any notes that may help us process your return.

Please check your part for any damage before returning it. If the part has been attempted to be installed and has any protective covers missing or has damaged flex cable(s) we will decline the return.

Postage Costs

Postage costs are not refunded in any circumstances. This includes both the original postage cost and the return postage cost.

This is in line with our terms and conditions which you agreed with at the time of placing your order.

 

Wrong Part Ordered By You

Sometimes you order the wrong part - it happens, we all make mistakes from time to time!

That's not a problem - we can arrange for the right part to be sent out. Please fill out the form and follow the returns procedure.

The correct part will be sent out as soon as we receive the wrong part. Any additional postage costs will need to be paid.

If you need the correct part urgently please place an additional order for the new part and select a refund for the wrong part ordered.

 

Wrong Part Received

We sometimes make mistakes. We try to make them as rarely as possible (we promise!) but it does happen.

If you are a victim of one of our mistakes please fill out the form and follow the returns procedure.

If you need the right part urgently please call us or email us and let us know.

 

Faulty Part Received

Part of our standard procedure is to test parts before they are sent out.

All testing is done under video surveillance - a record of which is kept for life. We do our very best to make sure only the best, working parts get sent to you.

If you have received a faulty part please fill out the form and follow the returns procedure.

When we receive the faulty part back we will test it and verify the fault against our video recording. 

If you feel you may have damaged the part during installation please be honest. The video recording will show the full truth and we will decline returns that have been damaged during installation.

If you need the correct part urgently please place a new order for the new part and select a refund for the wrong part ordered.

 

Protective Covers

If the protective cover on the part has been removed we can no longer accept this item as a return. The protective cover protects the item and also forms a dust proof seal on the part, especially in the case of display assemblies.

If a part is returned to us without the protective covers fitted we can no longer use this or return it to our supplier.
